When you leave your car with Alan Fitzgearld Motors, our experienced Mechanics work to a comprehensive Checklist, which includes many basic procedures such as fluid, spark plug, oil and wiper replacements, using only OEM standard quality parts.
We put your vehicle through a rigorous workout, giving it a VIP healthcheck. When we service your car, we look into every nook and cranny to ensure that each component is in perfect working order. Once our Mechanics have completed the checklist, we will contact you if we believe there are any additional items that need to be addressed. Any suggested repairs will be listed clearly and simply, along with an individual additional cost per item, as well as any associated labour costs. We advise on anything we believe is urgently required, as well as giving you a clear time frame on any repairs that we believe will be due in coming months.
That way, you can ensure the very best performance from your car, at a price that is right for you. We suggest a comprehensive plan of action and it is 100% up to you to decide when and how to proceed. All our work and parts are covered by a 12 month guarantee, so you can be confident that as an Alan Fitzgerald Motors customer, you will receive only the highest quality service.
Once all our work is completed, we undertake a final full check of your car and when we are happy that everything is right, we will put our name to your service book, ensuring you are fully compliant with your car’s warranty.
